I have recently changed from a running freak to a cycling fanatic and cant spend enough time on my Fuji road bike. I have developed 2 problems which are preventing me from completely falling in love with cycling. 1 - throbbing pain on the main bones of my big toe on both feet 2. White finger if i'm out more than 1-2 hours.

These are not things I can continue you with and I really want to build up to do some big distance challenges so any advise would be really helpful.
